Why are there no prices?

Prices have not been entered since they are agreed directly during the order based on the distributor located in your area of competence.

Is there a minimum weight?

The minimum weighing is 500 gr

How is cheese preserved?

The cheese should be stored at a temperature of 4 degrees, wrapped in vegetable paper or in a napkin.

Leave a part of the crust uncovered, so that the cheese can breathe.
It should also be kept in the middle of the refrigerator or in the door, because normally this is the place with less humidity.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are free starting from an order of 100 kg otherwise the shipment will cost 44 euros

Why does cheese have mold?

A recurring concern actually concerns molds that are not absolutely harmful, on the contrary they denote that the cheese was produced without preservatives. To remove them, just pass a slightly damp sponge over the crust.

What is seasoning?

Maturing can have a variable duration ranging from a few months to some year. 
It normally occurs in rooms with constant humidity and temperature.
